To book Pictabooth we require a $200 non-refundable deposit.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Service
• Setup and pack down of the photobooth is inclusive in all hire packages and occurs outside of the booked hire period
• An earlier setup time can be arranged, however an additional fee may be charged
• Our highly trained Pictabooth host will be on hand for the duration of the booking time
Travel
• A travel fee may apply to events located more than 30km from Shepparton, Victoria
• Any travel fees must be agreed to by both parties prior to booking.
Parking
• Any parking fees assigned to the Pictabooth host’s vehicle in the course of delivering the photobooth, remaining at the venue to operate the photobooth, and removing the photobooth at the end of the booked period are to be covered by the hirer.
Payments
• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event time and date
• The remaining balance is to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Failure to do so gives Pictabooth the right to refuse to carry out the services
• All prices quoted are inclusive of GST
• Prices are subject to change, please check the current rates prior to booking
• Should the client decide to extend the booked time during the course of the event, the extended rates will be $150 per hour (inc GST), payable at the beginning of the extended time, as a cash payment.
Health and Safety
• We require one chair and a clean, flat, dry, smoke free area of approximately 3m x 3m and one normal power outlet within 10 metres.
• If the photobooth is to be set up outdoors, the booth and host will require sufficient protection from the elements, in the form of sufficient opaque overhead and side cover on at least two sides, to afford protection from rain, humidity, wind and/or sunlight. It will be the hirer’s responsibility to ensure their function coordinator is made aware of these requirements and can accommodate them
• No food, drinks, cigarettes or e-cigarettes in the photobooth area
• No chairs or other objects to stand on to be taken into the photobooth area
• No lifting up guests, piggy backing or hand stands inside the photobooth
• Children under the age of ten must be supervised by an adult when operating the photobooth
• The photobooth host reserves the right to exclude a person or persons from the photobooth if the host considers that person to be grossly intoxicated or behaving in an aggressive or abusive manner towards the photobooth host or behaving in a manner that the photobooth host considers may damage Pictabooth property.
Props
• Pictabooth agrees to supply a wide variety of props for clients and their guests to use at their booked event
• We reserve the right to withhold or remove all or certain props from use if the host considers they are being damaged, mistreated or continually removed from the photobooth area
• No props to be removed from the photobooth area.
Cancellation
• Pictabooth will not be held liable for failure to attend or complete a booked event in the event of closure of the venue prior to or during a booked event or cancellation of a booked event by the venue or by cancellation of a booked event or closure of the venue by other parties or Government authorities, representatives or bodies.
• If a booking is cancelled due to closure of the venue for any reason more than 30 days prior to the booked date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $100 administration fee.
• If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event date, the deposit can be held in lieu for a future booking
• If Pictabooth has not received final payment for a booking at least 24 hours before the booked date, Pictabooth will deem that a cancellation on behalf of the hirer and all monies paid to date will be forfeited, unless both parties have made prior mutually agreed to arrangements in writing for a late payment.
Copyright
• Pictabooth owns the copyright of all images captured.
• Pictabooth grants permission for the clients to make copies of the images captured for personal use only. Sale, publication or any commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from Pictabooth.
• The hirer gives permission for Pictabooth to use the images captured of the clients for advertising purposes, unless advised in writing prior to the event.
• Pictabooth will not sell your personal details to any third party and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal details remain confidential.
Miscellaneous
• Pictabooth may stop the usage at any time during the event if they feel the equipment is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or damaging of any equipment
• Pictabooth cannot be held in any way liable if equipment or accessories failure or damage (including electrical, water or other liquid damage) is due to any negligence, an act or fault on the part of any venue or venue staff or is due to any negligence, act or fault on the part of any client or client guest or other person using a Pictabooth photobooth at your event/function, which negligence, act or fault, wilful or accidental in turn prevented the successful completion of the agreed to Pictabooth service(s).
• Pictabooth will not be liable for failing to perform under the agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, extreme weather events (including but not limited to flooding, cyclones, earthquakes, which events might prevent the photobooth host from attending the venue or to perform his/her duties whilst at the venue).
